We have plenty of Chinese and other Asian recipes on the blog, but this week I added one of our favorites: Chinese Barbecue Pork (Char Siu).

Chinese Barbecued Pork: adapted from Martin Yan's recipe for Char Siu. Pork marinated in hoisin, soy sauce and spices.
