We are featuring recipes from son, Michael, chef and manager at Mother Cluckers at 139 Carondelet in New Orleans, cooking up chicken wings, chicken tenders, gumbos and gourmet salads Monday through Friday for lunch, serving the sounding offices in the Central Business District (CBD).

Let your taste buds be your guide when adding spicy ingredients.  Remember,  Louisiana is home to some fairly fiery cookin'.
