1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup glacé cherries
1 cup glacé pineapple
This recipe isn't really cakey, but kind of a caramelized confection. It was always referred to as Eleanor Stone's Fruit Cake growing up. She was a friend of my grandparents Vineys and we've had the recipe for years.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cake pan with foil.
Combine all ingredients, pour into pan, bake for one hour. Cool completely, remove from pan, remove
foil.
