Ginger Marinade for Pork Loin

Here's another one from Michael Vineys.  Excellent!

¼ cup peeled and pureed fresh ginger
½ cup sesame oil
½ cup cider vinegar
¼ cup concentrated orange juice
 1 tablespoon Chinese five spice
   ¼ cup brown sugar
   ¼ cup honey
   ¼ cup soy sauce
    1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2-4 tablespoon cornstarch for thickening
       sliced green onions for garnish

Mix together all ingredients except for cornstarch and green onions.  Marinate pork loin 2-12 hours.  Roast meat at 325° to desired doneness; don't over cook.  Pour marinade into sauce pan and thicken with cornstarch.  Slice meat and serve with thickened marinade and garnish with green onions.
