English Muffin Pizzas

Spread pizza sauce on English muffin halves.  Top with favorite pizza toppings such as pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, and so on.  Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven at 350° until cheese melts.

Let the kids add their favorite toppings.  Make extras and put in school lunch boxes.
