Basketball Tournaments are just around the corner, be it the College Basketball Tournaments or the NBA Playoffs. So, here's a simple appetizer that would be perfect to serve for your basketball watching parties: Spicy Bite Sized Cheese Balls.

My family might think this is a bit blasphemous, but all I did to make these was alter my mother's recipe for Chili Cheese Logs. Instead of rolling logs of cheese in chili powder, slicing and serving on crackers, I skipped the chili powder and rolled the balls in crushed crackers.
