Caramel Apples are one of those happy fun Autumn treats I look forward to every year. But, my 7 year old is currently missing a front tooth (soon to be two). And, as a mom, I dread the sticky mess for me to deal with afterwards. That boy can get sticky from head to toe and all over my house to boot.
This Caramel Apple Snack Cake combines those fabulous flavors in a whole grain, low fat snack cake that is so delicious no one will notice it is healthy.
It is incredibly moist with apple sauce and grated apples in the cake, plus a nice healthy crunchy boost from the whole wheat flour. The recipe is actually a guest post I did for my amazing blogging buddy Cynthia over on Feeding Big. So, click over to get the recipe, and then be sure to come back and check out our Tasty Tuesdays Linky Party.
And also be sure to check out the Ultimate Cookie and Goodies Link Party for some amazing holiday treats, plus a CASH GIVEAWAY!
