Fun with Fruits and Flowers on Happiness is Homemade

February 17, 2019 Filed Under: Fruit

    Happiness is Homemade

As a promise of good things to come when Spring finally gets here again, I have some lovely flower and fruit themed features for you all this week:  a few vintage recipes, some lovely images, an inspired home decor project and some gardening too.

I'd love it if you took a few moments to stop by the featured blogs as well as our hosts blogs just to say hello.

I hope you all stay warm and dry this week.

    ~Audrey from Munofore

I have a thing for preserving fruit and historical recipes, so you know I am loving this Victorian Whole Candied Fruit Recipe from Sew Historically.

Cooking with Carlee shares her Great Grandma's Frozen Fruit Salad. It looks delicious even in the midst of winter this looks so bright, cheerful and refreshing.

Picture Box Blue shares this amazing collection of vintage rose prints that are free to download and use as your heart desires. I think I am going to print the China Rose and Mynas one to hang in my Asian inspired room.

Tea Rose one of many lovely botanical rose prints free to download

The Scrap Shoppe Blog made these lovely Pottery Barn Knock-Off Pillows. I love the technique she used for the flowers.

Spring is coming, soon I hope! Living the Home Life has this post about Growing Tomatoes to help us gardeners get ready.

    Welcome

Whether it's cooking, crafting, gardening, home décor, even blog design, I love getting my hands dirty and trying new things... even if I make a mess in the process.
