Ingredients

cup
chopped fresh peaches
1
cup
fat free or low fat Greek yogurt
½
cup
sugar, honey or other sweetener
(more or less to taste)
Instructions
Put chopped peaches into blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Add yogurt and sweetener and puree.
Place in freezer safe container and let freeze for at least 3 hours until firm.
Let soften a few minutes on the counter before serving.
Notes
This is best eaten within a day or two of making, otherwise it becomes very icy.
