Well, the first full week of school is in the books for us and I somehow managed to talk myself into volunteering for Room Parent... again. Shout out to all of the Room Moms and PTC (PTA) Parents, especially those that step up and volunteer because no one else will. 😉
On Munofore I finished up my 5 part Motivation series by offering suggestions for How to Stay Motivated When Anxious, Depressed or Overwhelmed.
And I published a round up of some delicious Bao (Chinese Steamed Buns) recipes - Popcorn Shrimp, Vegan Bao made with Jackfruit, Chinese Coconut dessert Bao. YUMMMY!!!
