Ingredients

avocados

garlic

(roughly chopped)

fresh cilantro (or parsley or dill)
(more or less to taste)
¼-1/2

tomatillo or other vegetable juice
Instructions
Puree the first 4 ingredients in a blender and then thin to desired consistency with the tomatillo (or other vegetable) juice.
Notes
You can use tomato juice for this, but tomatillo is better because of the green color.
