36-48vanilla or chocolate wafers with creme(finely crushed)
⅓cupseedless raspberry jam
toppings such as finely chopped almonds, coconut, cocoa powder, chocolate sprinkles or chocolate melting wafers
Instructions
Melt chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth. Allow cooling slightly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine melted chocolate, cream cheese and raspberry jelly. Fold in cookie crumbs being sure to coat all the crumbs thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or until firm.
Roll by tablespoonful into a ball then roll in the topping(s) of your choice. Store in the refrigerator.
