Ingredients

plain yogurt
½
dragon fruit
(scooped out of shell)
1
cup
milk
(more or less to taste)
1-2
tablespoons
stevia powder or other sweetener
(more or less to taste)
¼
teaspoon
ground cardamom
(more or less to taste)
ice cubes or crushed ice
(for serving)
chopped pistachios or almonds for garnish
(optional for serving)
Instructions
Add yogurt, dragon fruit, ½ cup milk, 1 tablespoon stevia and a few dashes of cardamom to a blender. Puree until smooth.
Add more milk, stevia and cardamom as desired.
Serve iced with nuts on top (if desired) and enjoy immediately.
