Grilled Asian Style Pork Riblets

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1-2 green onion thinly sliced, greens reserved for garnish
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1-2 teaspoons sambal oelek
  • 3-4 pounds pork riblets

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all marinade ingredients.

  2. Add marinade and riblets to a large zip to lock bag. Let marinade at least 4 hours up to overnight. 

  3. Grill riblets until thoroughly cooked.
