Lighter Thousand Island Dressing
Homemade Thousand Island Dressing made healthier with less fat, sugar and calories than store bought version.
Ingredients
½
cup
low fat Greek yogurt
3
tablespoons
nonfat milk
2
tablespoons
mayonnaise
(regular or reduced fat)
2
tablespoons
ketchup
2
teaspoons
Worcestershire sauce
1
tablespoon
sweet pickle relish
1 ½
tablespoon
chopped roasted red pepper
Instructions
Combine yogurt, milk, mayonnaise, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined.
Stir in pickle relish and red peppers. Thin with additional milk as needed, about 1 teaspoon at a time.
Notes
If using thinner American style yogurt start with 2 tablespoons milk and add more as needed.
