Ingredients

low fat Greek yogurt

tablespoons
nonfat milk

tablespoons
mayonnaise
(regular or reduced fat)

tablespoons
ketchup
2
teaspoons
Worcestershire sauce

tablespoon
sweet pickle relish
1 ½
tablespoon
chopped roasted red pepper
Instructions
Combine yogurt, milk, mayonnaise, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined.
½ cup low fat Greek yogurt,
3 tablespoons nonfat milk,
2 tablespoons mayonnaise,
2 tablespoons ketchup,
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Stir in pickle relish and red peppers. Thin with additional milk as needed, about 1 teaspoon at a time.
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish,
1 ½ tablespoon chopped roasted red pepper
Notes
If using thinner American style yogurt start with 2 tablespoons milk and add more as needed.
