Ingredients

caramel sauce
½
cup
good quality chocolate ice cream
1
shot
steaming hot espresso or very strong coffee
(about 1 to 1 ½ ounces, 30 ml.)
Instructions
Drizzle caramel sauce around the sides of a glass.
Add ice cream, trying not to smudge caramel.
Pour espresso over ice cream.
Serve immediately.
