Grilled Beef Short Ribs take a little effort to prepare ahead of time to allow a nice long marinade for tender juicy ribs that cook in just minutes on the grill.
Ingredients
3 to 4poundsshort ribs of beef
1cupred wine or apple cider vinegar
3clovesgarlicminced
1tablespoonliquid smoke seasoningany flavor
1tablespooncrushed oregano leaves
1tablespooncrushed basil leaves
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Place ribs in large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and reduce to low. Parboil about 10-15 minutes. Drain ribs and place in shallow dish.
Pour remaining ingredients over ribs and stir to combine. Cover and marinate 6 to 8 hours or overnight, turning several times.
Cook on a gas grill on high or over hot coals and grill to brown.
