1tablespoonminced fresh ginger
1-2teaspoonssambal oelek
3-4poundspork riblets
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all marinade ingredients.
Add marinade and riblets to a large zip to lock bag. Let marinade at least 4 hours up to overnight.
Grill riblets over medium high heat for 15 minutes. Turn over and continue cooking until they reach and internal temperature of 140℉, about 15 more minutes. Remove from grill.
Cover ribs with foil and allow to sit for 10 minutes, then serve.
