Ingredients

granulated sugar
2
oz
instant coffee or espresso powder
(not crystals)
2
cups
boiling water
1
bottle 750ml vodka
1
vanilla bean
Instructions
In a large pitcher (or bowl) mix sugar and coffee well. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Pour back into vodka bottle. Split vanilla bean in half lengthwise. Put in the bottle and close tightly.
Let stand in a dark place for 30 days or longer. Pour into decorative bottles for gift giving or display
