Ingredients

quarts
mint chocolate chip ice cream
(or mint brownie ice cream)
1
chocolate cookie crumb pie crust
1
container
whipped cream or whipped topping
green sugar sprinkles
Instructions
Allow ice cream to soften slightly to be scoopable.
Spread ice cream over the pie crust.
Cover and freeze until ice cream rehardens. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles and serve.
