Preheat oven to 300℉. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan., or 2 or 3 mini loaf pans.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix in the nuts, dates, and cherries.
In a small bowl, beat the eggs until foamy, add the vanilla. Gently fold eggs into the flour mixture until just combined. Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake at 300℉ until pick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 1 hour and 45 minutes for a regular loaf, or about 1 hour and 20 minutes for mini loaves.
