ripe bananas

coconut milk
(13+ ounce size)

palm sugar
(or light brown sugar)

teaspoon
vanilla extract

salt
Instructions
Peel then slice bananas in 1-2 inch slices, or as desired.
In a medium saucepan, heat coconut milk and sugar (plus salt, if using) over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture is hot.
Add bananas and vanilla. Stir to combine. Heat another few minutes until bananas are heated throughout.
Serve immediately in bowls.
