Ingredients

coarsely chopped parsley

coarsely chopped cilantro

coarsely chopped mint

preserved lemon
(pulp discarded and rind coarsely chopped)

garlic cloves

ground cumin

teaspoon
ground coriander

teaspoon
sweet paprika

tablespoon
fresh lemon juice

teaspoon
crushed red pepper

cup
extra-virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients, except olive oil, salt, and pepper, in a blender or food processor.
Pulse a few times to chop up the ingredients, then process until the ingredients begin to form a paste.
While the blender or processor is running drizzle in the olive oil.
Blend until smooth.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
