Ingredients

(or 1-2 anchovy fillets)

Worcestershire sauce
juice from ½ a fresh lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients (except salt and pepper) in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
