flour tortillas (gluten free or flavored if preferred)
cream cheese at room temperature(vegetarian or vegan if desired)
greens (lettuce, spinach, basil, etc)
other fresh vegetables, sliced thin(tomatoes, onions, radishes, bell peppers, spicy peppers, mushrooms)
canned or pickled vegetables(sun dried tomatoes, pickle slices or relish, jalapeno slices, roasted red peppers)
meats and cheeses, sliced thin(turkey roast beef, ham, salami, pepperoni, cheddar, provolone, swiss, etc.)
Instructions
Lay tortilla flat, spread with mayonnaise or cream cheese close to the edges. Layer the other desired ingredients, leaving a little room from the edge.
Roll the tortilla, wrap in plastic and refrigerate at least one hour.
Before serving, cut rolls into 1 to 1 ½ inch slices and place on a serving plate cut side down.
