Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender. Puree until smooth but still a bit chunky.
If the mustard seems too thick you can thin it with a little more beer or water.
Notes
You don't need to actually weigh the mustard seeds, just look at the label on your mustard seeds. The small plastic jars are about 1.4 ounces, the larger glass jar is about 2.5 ounces. You can use the whole jar and adjust the amounts of the other ingredients accordingly.
