Light Thousand Island Dressing

Light Thousand Island Dressing is healthier salad dressing made with less fat and sugar than store bought.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat milk
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (regular or reduced fat)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon chopped roasted red pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, milk, mayonnaise, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a blender. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and stir in pickle relish and red peppers. Thin with additional milk as needed, about 1 teaspoon at a time.

Recipe Notes

If using thinner American style yogurt start with 2 tablespoons milk and add more as needed.
