Maple Mustard Roasted Salmon

Maple Mustard Roasted Salmon Fillets have a spicy sweet glaze to pair with the velvety salmon. A healthy meal in under 30 minutes.

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 4-6 wild-caught Alaskan center-cut salmon fillets about 6 ounces each
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place a wire rack in a roasting pan.

  2. Combine the mustard and maple syrup in a bowl. Put the salmon fillets on the prepared baking rack and season with salt and black pepper, to taste.

  3. Spread the mustard maple mixture on each salmon fillet. Place in pre-heated oven and roast until almost cooked through, approximately 12 minutes.

  4. Turn the oven to broil, and broil for 1-2 minutes to caramelize the top.
