self rising flour
(or substitute in notes)

beer

grated cheddar cheese
(mixed use)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Grease a bread pan.
Whisk together flour, sugar and 1 cup of cheese in a large bowl. Stir in beer and mix until thoroughly combined. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. Top with remaining ½ cup cheese.
Bake 15-30 minutes until bread sounds hollow when thumped (or skewer inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean)
Notes
You can make your own self rising flour by substituting 3 cups all purpose flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt.
