Pour a few tablespoons of Himalayan salt onto a plate. Rub the rim of each glass with a wedge of lime then place the wet edge into the salt. For best results, rotate and firmly press the rim into the salt several times.
Himalayan rock salt, 1 large lime
In a small pitcher combine grapefruit juice, tequila, lime juice and agave syrup. This can be done ahead of time and chilled until serving.
To serve: Fill four glasses with ice. Divide the grapefruit mixture between them. Add club soda to top off the glasses and garnish with a lime wheel and serve immediately
