The Paloma: a tangy, salty, and refreshing Mexican drink that has been a staple in celebrations and happy hour menus for years. And it is delightfully easy to make with simple easy to find fresh ingredients.
Join us as we dive into the perfect combination of ingredients for this fresh Sparkling Paloma.

The traditional Paloma is made with grapefruit soda, tequila and lime juice. This recipe swaps the soda for fresh grapefruit juice and a little agave syrup to sweeten it and then tops it off with club soda or sparkling water.
The result is a bright, tangy, lightly sweet refresher with just a hit of salt to bring it altogether. It is equally delicious served with a Mexican meal or for a special brunch.
The best glass to use for a Sparkling Paloma
Palomas can be served in a variety of glasses, but traditionally a Highball or Collins glass would be used. Alternatively, you could serve it in a stemless wine glass or rocks glass.

As mentioned above, the ingredients are quite simple and easy to find.

- blanco tequila
- fresh limes

The above combination will make a pink drink, perfect for Mother's Day brunch! Or you can choose yellow grapefruit juice and or a non clear tequila.
