(more or less to taste)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or aluminum foil.
In a small microwaveable bowl combine the honey, olive oil and spices. Heat for about 30 seconds.
In a medium bowl combine peanuts and honey mixture, stir to coat all nuts. Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Watch carefully the final 5 minutes to avoid scorching.
Remove from oven and spread peanuts out on a fresh sheet of foil or baking mat to cool. Store in an air tight container.
