Ingredients

canola oil
(or any mild tasting oil)

rice vinegar

cup
onion
(rough chopped)
2-3

piece of fresh ginger
(peeled)

clove
garlic

piece of celery

tablespoons
low or no sugar added ketchup
4
teaspoons
tamari or low sodium soy sauce

teaspoons
lemon juice

teaspoons
sugar or equivalent amount of sweetener
(stevia, monk fruit, etc.)
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper in a blender and mix until smooth.
Let chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Add salt, pepper and additional sweetener (optional) to taste before serving.
