Do you want a nice simple and healthy frozen treat for summer time? This no churn, low fat, reduced sugar Peach Frozen Yogurt is a lovely mouthful. Not only is it easy to make it's a guilt free treat to help you enjoy and still fit in your swim suit.
So light and refreshing on hot day!

I had pureed some peaches that I had picked from the neighbors yard just waiting for something to make with them when I picked up my copy of Secrets of a Skinny Chef by Jennifer Iserloh. I found it in a bargain bin awhile ago and have made a few recipes that were quite tasty.
With just three simple ingredients it
One word of warning, since this is no churn, you really want to eat it the same day you make it. It gets very hard and icy after the first night.
Substitute for Greek Yogurt
Greek yogurt in the United States is basically just thicker yogurt. If you don't have Greek yogurt, you will want to strain about 1 Β½ cups of regular yogurt until you get down to about a cup of solids.
You can use plain or vanilla yogurt, or plain yogurt with a splash of vanilla extract.
Should you use fresh, canned or frozen peaches?
Yes. This recipe is a great way to use those overripe peaches that are a little too soft for other recipes.
If peaches are not in season, frozen or canned should work as well.
You don't even need to let the frozen peaches defrost depending on how they are cut. You may want to let them soften a little to get a puree.
Drain the juices from the canned peaches before blending.
The best sweetener for No Churn Peach Frozen Yogurt
You could use another sweetener besides sugar for this, just be sure to adjust it to your desired sweetness depending on the sweetness of the peaches.
Let the sugar or other dry sweeteners dissolve a little in the peaches and yogurt before putting in the freezer. Liquid sweeteners like honey and agave syrup will not need to dissolve.

Oooo...this sounds good! Do you think the sugar could be left out if the peaches are really ripe? Thanks for sharing on #MerryMonday. pinned.

I guess it depends on how sweet the peaches are and how sour the yogurt is. As well as how you like it. My guys like the sweet...
