Gingerbread Men Cookies are as much a part of the holiday season as presents and mistletoe. Bake up some of these perfectly spiced cookies to share with friends and family this Yuletide.

Gingerbread Men Cookies: Easy recipe for traditional gingerbread men cookies. Christmas cookies.

It's time to Fill the Cookie Jar with holiday cookies. Our group of FTCJ bloggers has been busy baking our favorite holiday themed cookies to share with you. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the post to see all of the deliciousness the others made. I brought these classic Gingerbread Men Cookies to our virtual cookie exchange.

I have had the recipe for awhile.

Big Batch Gingerbread Men Cookies - this recipe makes a huge batch for about 30 people to make several cookies. Great for classrooms, scouts, day care

That's a copy of the original that came home when I was in Kindergarten. I don't remember making them that day, but I do remember making that much dough when I worked in Day Care.

Gingerbread Men are a nice traditional shape for these cookies. But with an 8 year old boy traditional can be boring. Enter the Ninjabread Men!

Oh My Gosh! These are so stinking cute! I have a daughter, so when she was young it was all about Barbie and girl things. These ninjas would have been fun to make. They look great! Thanks so much for being a part of the Fill The Cookie Jar group! I love seeing what you create!

Sometimes I'd like a break from TMNT and Super Mario for Barbies and all things pink. But, I have been told stepping on Barbie shoes hurts as much as ninja weapons.

I am not a big fan of decorating the cookies, but luckily that's my son's favorite part.

Audrey, what a wonderful thing to have! I like traditional gingerbread men myself, only I've never bothered to decorate them! I don't like to eat the icing, so that's my excuse -- couldn't be laziness! πŸ˜€

I usually leave the decorating to my son, but he was in school when I made these for my photo shoot.

My son definitely loved Raph. I amaze myself sometimes with the number of things I can convert to TMNT to get them eaten.

How fun. I can't wait to make these. I have my mother and grandmother's gingerbread man cookies cutters. It is always fun to try a new recipe. Thanks for sharing at Happiness is Homemade Link Party. I'm just starting my recipe blog and am trying to figure all of this out.
