With all of the holiday planning and eating, could you use and easy and healthy dinner? This Pomegranate Glazed Chicken is beautiful, tasty and easy.
I originally used the Pomegranate Syrup for this, but you could use the Pomegranate Cranberry Jam as well. Or any pomegranate jelly or syrup. If it too cold to grill outside, an indoor grill or even the broiler will help caramelize this syrup with a lovely reddish hue.

Eek! Can you believe it’s already Thanksgiving next week?
The kid is out of school all week, but not the colleges. My son is not thrilled to have to spend 3 days with “just mom” instead of dad. ha ha!
Thank you for another wonderful party. See you next week!
Audrey, hasn’t this year flown by?! Thank you so much for hosting every week.
That chicken looks delicious, Audrey! I’m going to the grocery store today so I’ll definitely be grabbing the ingredients for that Pomegranate Syrup!
