This simple, yet nutritious and delicious Avocado Salad Dressing is wonderful on any salad or on tacos or burritos or even as a dip for chips or fries.
There is not much to say about this recipe, just dump the ingredients into a blender and whirl until creamy and smooth. Tomatillo juice is ideal for this because of the green color. Tomato juice tends to make it muddy looking. Lemon juice or vinegar could be used but they are a bit too acidic for this and tend to overpower the other tastes.
