Ingredients for Avocado Salad Dressing
Tomatillo juice is ideal for this because of the green color. Tomato juice tends to make it muddy looking. Lemon juice or vinegar could be used but they are a bit too acidic for this and tend to overpower the other tastes.
You can use other green vegetable juice. I would recommend not using something too fruity or too kale-y. But, if you like it go for it.
The other ingredients are:
- avocado (obviously)
- garlic
- white onion (or yellow)
- fresh cilantro (or parsley or dill)
