Quick and Easy Tortilla Rollups for Last Minute Entertaining

May 24, 2016 Filed Under: Appetizers, Chilled Appetizers, Sandwiches

These Tortilla Rollups are one of those wonderfully adaptable recipes that can be switched up to suit almost every taste and diet. And they are quick and easy to make too! Perfect for entertaining this summer when you don't want to be stuck in the kitchen making appetizers (or lunch).

Tortilla Rollups - quick and easy appetizer to customize for any diet or taste. Fill tortillas, roll, slice, serve. gluten free, vegan, paleo

All you need to do is get your favorite tortilla, spread some mayonnaise or cream cheese, then layer on the leaves, meats (optional!) and vegetables of choice. Then chill and slice at serving time. Simple, tasty appetizers that can be made ahead freeing you up to enjoy your summer parties.
