If you are stuck for ideas, here are some tasty no bake recipes for Bake Sales perfect for those of us that aren't ever going to be in the tent of the Great British Bake Off.
Since I am organizing a Holiday Bake Sale at the moment, many of these suggestions have a Christmas or wintery theme. With a little creativity you can tweak them to suit your event.
Know your Potential Bake Sale Customers
Are you baking for adults? little kids? teens? a mixed audience? While it isn't mandatory to make sales, thinking about that question can help you chose a popular item.
Kids LOVE sprinkles. Well, everyone does, but give little kids the choice between a snickerdoodle and sprinkle laden sugar cookie, most will chose the sprinkles.
Most adults are suckers for nostalgia. A simple brownie, slice of Bundt cake, or other "old fashioned" treat may tempt them into indulging.
Melting Wafers are your friend
Melting wafers come in chocolate as well as a variety of colors. Pop them in the microwave for easy melting then dip or pour over a variety of items for festive little treats. Think pretzel rods, strawberries, cookies, Ritz crackers, etc.
Being a California girl, Ghirardelli is my go to in this department.
