Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with this mouthwatering creation!

Claim Jumper is a chain of steakhouses with a California Gold Rush theme. They have gone through bankruptcy and buyouts a few times and now the remaining restaurants are on the west coast of the US.
They have amazing steak and burgers (and margaritas!), but my favorite part of the meal was the Garlic Cheese Toast. They had a frozen version available in grocery stores for a time.
The location near us closed down, so I haven't been in years and don't know if they still serve the bread. Luckily I can make it at home whenever we get a craving.
Ingredients and Substitutions for Garlic Cheese Toast
You probably already have all of the ingredients available in your kitchen right now.
Butter: yes, butter is the best choice here.
Cheddar cheese: or any good melting cheese you like.
Parmesan cheese: you can omit it but there is no real good substitute in this recipe
Worcestershire sauce: this gives it the distinctive Claim Jumper taste.
Spices: garlic powder, paprika and pepper
Bread: In the restaurant it is served on thick slices of French bread, while the frozen store version was a loaf of French bread sliced down the middle. You can use any kind of bread you prefer though including English muffins, bagels, sourdough, and more.
