Lemon Lavender Fudge Easy Spring Treat

March 25, 2022 Filed Under: Candy, Desserts

    Jump to Recipe Print Recipe
Lemon Lavender Fudge is wonderful white chocolate fudge with lemon and lavender flavor swirled throughout. Add some festive sprinkles to make them special.

This post is sponsored in conjunction with #SpringSweetsWeek. I received product samples from sponsor companies to help in the creation of the #SpringSweetsWeek recipes. All opinions are mine alone.

Lemon Lavender White Chocolate Fudge is a colorful spring treat bursting with floral citrusy goodness.

This is an easy fudge recipe with no candy thermometer needed - yeah!

It may turn out a bit softer than other fudge recipes that cook longer. If it seems runny before chilling you might want to add a little powdered sugar.

Lemon and Lavender: Citrus Floral Loveliness

As for the taste, I assume you know what lemon tastes like, but lavender might be new to you.

    It tastes like it smells.

And the citrus floral combination is one of my favorites. I have a few lavender plants and often add lavender flowers to my marmalades, or add some when boiling the sugar and water for the simple syrup to make lemonade.

    Thank you to our sponsors!

The incredible lemon and lavender flavors in this fudge were supplied by Taylor and Colledge. Their extracts are so strong you only use half of what a typical recipe calls for, so in the recipe below you would only use ½ teaspoon of each flavor.

The springtastic sprinkles were from one of my favorite sponsors, Sweets & Treats. They always have such fun seasonal sprinkles for every occasion. Plus baking supplies like cupcake wrappers, toppers, straws and sticks for cake pops and candies.

    Lemon Lavender Fudge

    Print Recipe Pin Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
    • 3 cups white chocolate pieces
    • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
    • 1 teaspoon lavender extract
    • yellow and purple (red and blue) food coloring
    • sprinkles for decorating
    • butter or coconut oil (for the pan)

    Instructions

    • Line a loaf pan with foil extending the edges all the way up the pan. Butter the foil and set aside.
    • In a 2 quart heavy saucepan, heat white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir constantly until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
    • Remove from heat and pour half of the mixture into a small bowl.
    • Add lemon extract to half of the mixture and tint with yellow food coloring as desired.
    • Add lavender food coloring to the remaining half and tint with red and blue food coloring as desired.
    • Pour about half of the yellow into the prepared loaf pan, then about half of the lavender and then repeat with yellow and lavender.
    • Run a table knife through the mixture to swirl. Do not over mix, you want to swirl not blend the colors.
    • Add sprinkles to the top and gently press down.
    • Cover the loaf pan with foil or plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill, at least 4-6 hours.
    • Lift the fudge out of the pan using the edges of the foil. Remove the foil and place on a cutting board. Slice into bite sized pieces. Store in a covered container.
